Letters regarding treatment are only available for clients who have been actively engaging in treatment within last month and whose mental health needs require accommodations. I will refund in full any purchase that does not meet appropriate criteria. Before a letter can be written, specific criteria for need for accommodations must be discussed in session in order to accurately assess for need for accommodations. Any other conditions would be considered fraudulent and would impact my licensure. 
 
Purchasing this item provides one letter meeting reasonable standards indicated by ADA. Changes to this letter requiring more intensive use of provider's time will result in further charges. Letter will be provided to you within one business week of the attached document being filled out and returned to sarah@luminouscounselingjourney.com via email.
