Hey y'all! I'm tired of living in unprecedented times, but that seems to be a pipe dream for the foreseeable future. The Holy City Coping Club is for anyone who is looking for community to help, well, cope with the chaos of existing in these modern times. We live in a beautiful city filled with incredible people. I found myself time after time having conversations with people who want a way to connect with others outside of having to go to a bar or religious building. How about we meet up, hang out, and learn some skills to deal with the crash out!

Hey I'm Sarah!

I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Charleston, SC. I work as a therapist specializing in Complex PTSD and ADHD and own Luminous Counseling, my private therapy practice. I find myself having conversations both and in and out of sessions with people who feel overwhelmed with reality and looking for skills to cope. The stresses of today are real and big. I am excited to show people ways they can live in reality without being overwhelmed and bogged down by it.
